Suitable Shoes
To protect the historic floors, we ask that you refrain from wearing shoes with heavy tread or high heels. We have alternative footwear available, and thank you for your understanding.
Safety
Villa Beer is a listed historic monument and does not meet today’s technical safety standards. Please take particular care when using stairs and terraces. Historic features including varying doorway heights, uneven floors, the height of railings, and window positioning may differ from modern building norms. We therefore ask you to exercise close attention and personal responsibility (see §4a of the Monument Protection Act).
Accessibility
As a protected historic building, Villa Beer is unfortunately unable to provide full accessibility. The entire ground floor, reception area, and lecture room are barrier-free and fully accessible. We are happy to provide further information and assist wherever possible. Please inform us in advance of your visit.
Arrival
Villa Beer does not offer parking. For this reason, we recommend arriving by public transport. Villa Beer is a 4-minute walk from the tram stops at Wenzgasse (Line No. 10) and Gloriettegasse (Line No. 60), and a 7-minute walk from the U4 underground station Braunschweiggasse.
