Entrance tickets are included in the price for the guided tours and can be booked through the website up to 12 weeks in advance.

Proof of eligibility must be presented at the ticket desk to receive the reduced rate. Schoolchildren, students, senior citizens age 65 and over and and people with disabilities are eligible. Admission is free for members of the Austrian Museum Association and holders of a Kulturpass.
